  3. Add egg yolks,oil,buttermilk,coffee and vanilla essence

  5. Blend it with hand blender,don't over blend it...finish it by mixing with spatula.
  6. Now,bake in 180°C for 30 minutes
  7. Meanwhile, whip all the frosting ingredients in an ice bowl
  8. Add a bar of chocolate for molten lava cake and bake in 160°C for 20 to 25 minutes
  9. If not fudgy,inject choco syrup
  10. For coffee cake, add extra coffee powder in milk and minimize cocoa powder
