- After 10 min the batter is ready. Add water if it thick. The batter is not thick nor flowing. Now add lemon juice mix it. Add eno little water and mix it all well.
- Pour batter in grease plate. Sprinkle red chilli powder. Place it in the steamer. Close the lid steam it for 10-15 min.
- When Dhokla is ready takeout from the steamer cut the piece pour groundnut oil on whole plate and serve hot with coconut Chutney, ketchup and tea. Enjoy
