  1. For gravy
    In a bowl mix all the kofta ingredients with water and make small balls and then deep fry it in oil till it becomes golden brown
  2. For gravy,
    Take a pan and add oil, now add chopped onion saute it till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste, cook till the raw aroma of garlic goes away
  3. Then add tomato puriee and cook till it start to leave oil
  4. Add all spices turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, Coriander cumin powder, mix well everything properly add water and cook it for few minutes
  5. Add kofta and boil it for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Now garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve it with roti or rice
