- 2 tablespoons Daighi mirch
- 1 tablespoon Haldi
- 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Grinned Garam masala
- 3-4 Bay leaves
- 3 Big cardamom
- 7 Small green cardamom
- 6-7 Cloves
- 8-10 Black peppercorns
- 3 Cinnamon sticks
- 4 Badiyan ka phool (aisle flower)
- 6-7 Aloo Bukhara
- To taste Salt
- 3-4 Fresh lemon (thin slices)
- 1/2 teaspoon Javantri(grinned)
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg (jaifal) (grinned)-
- 1 pinch Zarday Ka rang (dissolved in 2 tablespoons of milk)
- 1 tablespoon Kewra
- 4 tbsp Desi ghee
- 8-10 Green chillies
- Few Fresh mint & coriander
Instructions to make to make Beef Biryani
- Heat oil n fry onion until golden brown, save half & set aside
- Then add ginger garlic paste in remaining onion n bhonofy for couple of seconds when aroma comes add shah zeera with beef & bhonofy again for 5 mins
- After that add Tomatoes, yoghurt, LAL Mirch, Haldi, daighi mirch,dhaniya powder & all whole gram masalas, mix it well & add 2 glass water cover n cook until beef is more than half done
- After that add potatoes with grinned Garam Masala, Javantri, nutmeg, alou bhukara, lemon & cook for couple of minutes
- When is full ready add green chilies, fresh coriander & mint leaves & kerwa
Meanwhile boil rice with zeera - Layerings
In a big pan add salan and then put the rice. Sprinkle zarday ka rang, remaining fried onions, fresh mint & coriander with desi ghee and Put on dum for 15-20 min
