  17. 21/2 CUP WATER
  18. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  19. 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  20. 1/2 TSP ASAFOETIDA
  21. 1/2 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  22. 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  23. 1 tsp green chilli paste and garlic paste
  24. salt as per taste
  25. 4 tbsp oil

Steps to make to make Rasiya dhokla

  1. Take all the ingredients dhokla (Bengal gram flour, wheat flour and black millet flour, ginger and green chili paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, baking soda, and asafoetida) in a deep plate.
  2. Mix well and it comes together like a dough, no need to add any water.
  3. Grease your hand with oil and shape the dhokla in round shapes.
  4. Take yogurt, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder in a bowl. Mix well and add water to make thin batter.
