  1. Aik pan mein oil dal kar onion fry Kar ke nikal Lain aur pher adrak lahsan ka paste, haldi powder, dal kar bhoony
  2. Phir chicken dal kar bhoone aur baKi masala aur tomater dal kar pakein
  3. Aik bowl mein green chilli paste,coriander leaves,podina, yogurt,chaat masala aloo Bukhara fry onion dal kar mix kar ke chicken mein dalen aur jab pani dry hojay to bhoon Lain.
  4. Aik dusri patili mein pani aur salt dal kar tamam whole gram masala pani mein dal kar boil kar lain. Pher rice dal kar pakein aur Chan Lain.
  5. Phir rice per chicken ka salan ki teh laga ke us ke uper rose water, oil1/2 cup,aur tohra doodh dal dein.
  6. Yellow colour, aur jayfal, jawatri,sab elchi ka powder 1/2 teaspoon, 1/2 sugar, chirk dain aur dum dein 10 se 15 minutes. CHICKEN BIRYANI ready hai.
