- Phir is pan me whole garam masala dal kar fry karein pir 2 tbsp ginger garlic past dal kar bhoona phir is me haldi powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder,
- Salt,garam masala powder,green chilli, tomater,yogurt,mint,dal bhoona Jab masala ka oil upper A Jay to matar dal mix karein aur 1 glass pani dal kar cook karein.
- Phir is me basmati rice dalen aur 4 glass pani dal kar cover kar k cook karein 15 minutes k bad rice me spoon chalain aur rice me se pani dry ho na per mint aur fry onion dal kar dum dhen 10 minutes.
- Now Matar pulao ready.
