  1. Boil the egg. Heat a pan add oil put chop onion sauteed till it becomes golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste sauteed another min. Add tomato & all spices to cook nicely.
  2. In the meantime cook the rice 1/3 with whole garam masala potli.s train water & transfer potli keep it aside.Now on masala put curd sauteed nicely. Add boiled eggs cook nicely.
  3. Add 2 cups water & cover it. Whenever gravy is ready arrange the biryani. Take a heavy bottom pan add boiled rice then add egg gravy, sprinkle some biryani masala then add another layer of rice.
  4. Now put ghee, mint leaves, rose water, kewra jal. Cover a lid. Heat a tawa put the biryani pan press a hammer, cook 20 mints yo 30 mints on low medium flame. Egg biryani is ready to serve. Serve with Kachumbar.
