  4. 1/4 cup curd/yogurt

  7. 1 tsp grated ginger
  8. 2 tbsp grated carrot
  9. 8-10 curry leaves
  10. to taste Salt
  11. As needed Oil
  12. For sambhar-:
  13. 1/2 cup toor daal
  14. 1 bowl mix veg (tomato,carrot,onion,drumstick,carrot,potato)
  15. 1/2 cup tamarind pani
  16. 2 1/2 tbsp sambhar masala
  17. 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  18. 1/2 tsp rai dana
  19. 1/8 tsp asafoetida
  20. 10-15 curry leaves
  21. 1 dry red chilli
  22. to taste Salt
  23. as needed Oil
  24. For coconut chutney-:
  25. 1 bowl chopped fresh coconut
  26. 1/2 tbsp chana daal
  27. 1/4 tbsp tamarind pulp
  28. 2-4 onion slices
  29. 8-10 curry leaves
  30. 1 green chilli
  31. 2 tsp oil
  32. 1 red dry chilli
  33. 1/2 tsp rai dana
  34. to taste Salt

Instructions to make to make Vermicelli dosa with sambhar chutney

  1. Collect all ingredients for vermicelli dosa.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add all the above listed ingredients along with 3 cup of water. Mix thoroughly and bring it to batter consistency. Let the batter rest for 15min.
  3. Now heat a non-stick tawa, pour a laddle full of batter on the hot tawa,& spread he batter evenly.sprinkles few drops of oil to the corner of the dosa. Turn the flame to medium-low and cook for 5min or till the dosa golden brown at the edges.flip the dosa and cook for 2min. Turn of the flame and transfer to the serving plate.
  4. Collect all ingredients for make a sambhar. Take a pressure cooker add daal and all veggiies. 2 tbsp sambhar masala,hing and salt as taste. Cover the lid in low flame and wait 2 to 3 whistle. Now turn off flame..ur sambhar is ready.
  5. Now tadka process, take a fry pan add 2 tbsp oil,when oil is heat then add 1tsp rai, hing,dry red chilli, curry patta,. Stire it..and turn off the flame, Now add 1tbsp sambhar masala and 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder. Put on the sambhar in the cooker..
  6. Now sambhar is ready.
  7. Coconut chutney is very sweet and salty. Take all ingredients in mixng jar, make a smooth chutney.. Now add tadka above the coconut chutney.
  8. Coconut chutney is ready.
  9. Serve hot hot vermicelli dosa and sambhar with cold sweet and salty chutney.
