  4. Let it ferment for 8 hours. Then add blanched spinach pury, mix well.
  5. In idli plate add 2 spoon of batter and let it boil for 15 min.
  6. For coconut chutney add all chutney ingredient in mixure jar and grind it smooth paste.
  7. In serving plate serve idli with coconut chutney.
